The St. Andrews

The St Andrews was originally designed for Pure Leisure Group who wanted a spacious three-bedroom home built to a residential standard that was bright with an open plan feel.

The clever design, high vaulted ceilings, and spotlights throughout really give the feeling of space and light.

Like all our homes the St Andrews uses a 9mm moisture resistant MDF for the walls and ceiling covering that we feel performs much better than the more widely used plasterboard.

We also manufacture our own skirting boards, door architrave, and coving, this style runs throughout the home and just adds to the level of quality we strive to achieve.
