You are open for 12 months of the year, are we able to stay in the home continuously for those months?
You can come and go as often as you like over the 12 months but your lodge can’t be your main residence. We will check prior to purchase, and annually thereafter, that you have a legitimate permanent home address.
Are we restricted to when we can arrive on park to use our holiday home; do we need to report in on arrival?
As an owner you can come and go as you please, you have your own keys and personal gate entry so you can come and go as you wish.

Of course, a holiday home is the perfect way to bring the family together. Croft Park has something for everyone and we would love you to invite friends and family to spend time with us.
Are there options for the number of bedrooms in the holiday homes at Croft Park?
Yes, there are options for two and three bedrooms. We do find that two bedrooms are more popular. Some of the lodges have other options especially if you are buying off plan.
What costs do I need to consider when purchasing a holiday home?
There are various costs you should consider like site fees, utility costs and insurance. We can provide full details of these, some will vary between different areas and type of home.

Croft Park offers a 99-year license agreement as part of the contract.
Can I pass my lodge on to family in a will?
The remaining licence may be passed on to family by arrangement with Platinum leisure parks Ltd.

Croft Park does allow you to sub-let your lodge but this must be by a separate agreement contract.
Can I design my own layout?
